Q: I've received a notice that my computer has not been connecting to your monitoring center. What should I do?
A:
If your computer has been connecting to the internet, you may need to reinstall software. To reinstall, follow these steps:
From your new computer, log in to your account

From the main screen, click on 'More' and then 'Uninstall' and confirm.
Click 'More', then 'Install' and select Windows or Mac version to download.
Run the installer, and enter your Registration code when prompted (this code is available within your account)
