Resetting Your PIN

To reset your PIN:

  1. In the Top area, click Settings to open the Settings page.
  2. Click the PIN tab to open the PIN page.
  3. Click the Forgot PIN? link to open the My PIN page.
  4. Enter your date of birth.
  5. Click Reset PIN. You are logged out of Customer Center for security reasons.
  6. Click Continue to go back to the Customer Center login page.
  7. Log in to Customer Center using your e-mail and password. The Set Personal Identification Number (PIN) page opens.
  8. In the New PIN and Confirm PIN fields, enter your new PIN.
  9. In the Date of Birth field, enter your date of birth.
  10. Click Save and Continue.
