Recovering Your Stolen Device

To report your stolen device:

1. In the Bottom area of Customer Center, click the Recover tab.
2. Fill our online Theft Report form.
3. Click Request Recovery to open the confirmation page.
4. Review the report carefully.
5. Select the checkbox to authorize the use of additional recovery measures.
6. Click Confirm.
