Navigating Customer Center

Customer Center Pages are divided into three distinct areas.

Top Area: contains the following links:

  1. Device
  2. Settings
  3. Support
  4. Logout

Middle Area: shows your device name and its details, and the additional functions you can perform on your device.

Bottom Area: contains the following tabs where you can perform various features to protect and manage your device:

  1. Locate (See Locating Your Device for more information)
  2. Lock (See Locking Your Device for more information)
  3. Delete (See Deleting Files on Your Device for more information)
  4. Recover (Recovering Your Stolen Device for more information)

Depending on your license, some tabs may not be available.
