Device Lock Statuses
The following table lists all the possible statuses when locking your device:
| Status | Description |
| Available | The device is currently unlocked and ready for a lock request. |
| Lock Pending | You made a request to lock the device. Customer Center is processing your request. |
| Locked | The computer is locked. The message you created is displaying on your device. |
| Unlock Pending | You made a request to unlock the device. Customer Center is processing your request. |
