Viewing the Status of Your Request

In the bottom area of Customer Center, click the Delete tab. The Delete page opens to show the following details in the View History table:

  • Create Date: shows when you made the request.
  • Status: shows the current status of the request. See Data Delete Statuses for more information.
  • Details: shows the More link that you can click to view more information on the request.
  • Action: shows the button to perform an appropriate action depending on the current status of the request. See Canceling Your Request or Deleting Your Request for more information.
