Turning off Automatic Renewal for Your License
If your account is set up for renewal, our automatic renewal feature renews your license automatically at the end of your subscription period to ensure that your device is always protected. You can turn off this feature at any time.
Turning off automatic renewal is irreversible. You cannot turn automatic renewal back on again.
To turn off automatic renewal for your license:
- Click Auto Renew. The Disable Auto-Renewal dialog opens.
- Click Yes.
