Absolute Software went public on the TSX Venture Exchange on March 28, 2000, after completing a CDN$22 million initial public offering. On March 22, 2005, Absolute completed a secondary offering, raising $5.5 million through a private placement. On December 2, 2005, Absolute graduated to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol ABT.
